libcourier-unicode-dev software package provides Courier Unicode library (development files and headers), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcourier-unicode-dev
libcourier-unicode-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcourier-unicode-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcourier-unicode-dev *
You will get with libcourier-unicode-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
